1- Program Updates
The Encore Rewards program and its partners reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice. For full details, please refer to the program’s official terms and conditions.
2- Voucher Redemption
Encore Vouchers must be redeemed using the same email or WhatsApp number that was used for the original booking. Redemption requests submitted via different contact details may not be accepted.
3- Non-Exchangeability
Encore Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or refunds under any circumstances.
4- Voucher Value Limits
The value of any Encore Voucher cannot exceed 10% of the total booking unless specifically advised by one of our travel consultants.
5- Transferability
Encore Vouchers are fully transferable. Members may gift their vouchers to family, friends, or colleagues for use on their own travel experiences.
6- Combining Offers
Encore Vouchers may be combined with other promotional or seasonal offers, except where expressly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
7- Eligible Bookings
Encore Vouchers are valid only for direct bookings made through the Encore Partners Network. Vouchers apply exclusively to travel packages and cannot be used for international airfare. Voucher value limits still apply as noted above.
8- Voucher Validity
Each Encore Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Vouchers must be activated by 31 December 2026. Once activated, vouchers remain valid for one year from the activation date.
9- Program Benefits
Simple and Flexible: No complex points system; rewards are straightforward and easy to redeem.
Validity: Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of activation.
Freedom to Choose: Members may redeem vouchers at their convenience for participating travel packages.
10- Program Tiers
Encore Rewards consists of three membership tiers, based on travel frequency:
Encore Explorer: Entry-level tier for all members.
Encore Voyager: For frequent travelers seeking additional benefits.
Encore Legend: Premium tier offering exclusive perks and partner privileges.
The more a member travels, the greater the rewards and benefits available.
11- Program Operation
Upon completion of a trip, members automatically receive an Encore Voucher as a thank-you gift. Vouchers may be used as a discount on subsequent bookings with participating travel partners and may also be gifted to others.
12- Voucher Issuance
Vouchers are automatically issued after booking confirmation. Members will receive their voucher via email and WhatsApp. An Encore account is automatically created for the member, containing all necessary voucher and program information.
