Terms & Conditions
1- Program Updates
The Encore Rewards program and its partners reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice. For full details, please refer to the program’s official terms and conditions.
2- Points Redemption
Encore Points must be redeemed using the same email or WhatsApp number that was used for the original booking. Redemption requests submitted via different contact details may not be accepted.
3- Non-Exchangeability
Encore Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or refunds under any circumstances.
4. Points Earning & Redemption Value
Members earn 1 Encore Point for every US$1 spent on eligible bookings. Points are redeemed as a discount on future bookings. Points may be redeemed at any time, subject to the terms of any active promotion.
5- Transferability
Encore Points are fully transferable. Members may gift their points to family, friends, or colleagues for use on their own travel experiences.
6- Combining Offers
Encore Points may be combined with other promotional or seasonal offers, except where expressly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
7- Eligible Bookings
Points are earned and redeemed only on direct bookings made through the Encore Partners Network. Points apply exclusively to travel packages and cannot be earned or redeemed on international airfare. Redemption limits still apply as noted above.
8- Points Validity
Encore Points are valid till 30 September 2026. Points must be redeemed on or before this date; any unredeemed points expire after 30 September 2026.
9- Program Benefits
Automatic & Effortless: Points are earned automatically on every eligible trip — nothing to activate or claim.
Validity: Points remain in your account and can be redeemed any time up to 30 September 2026.
Freedom to Choose: Members may redeem points at their convenience for participating travel packages.
10- Program Tiers
Encore Rewards consists of three membership tiers, based on the number of completed trips:
Encore Explorer: Entry-level tier for all members.
Encore Voyager: For frequent travellers seeking additional benefits.
Encore Legend: Premium tier offering exclusive perks and partner privileges.
Members advance one tier for every 7 completed trips — reaching Encore Voyager after 7 trips and Encore Legend after 14. The more a member travels, the greater the rewards and benefits available.
11- Program Operation
Points are credited automatically upon completion of each trip and can be applied as a discount on subsequent bookings with participating travel partners. Points may also be gifted to others.
12- Points Issuance
Points are credited automatically after trip completion. Members are notified via email and WhatsApp. An Encore account is automatically created for each member, containing their points balance, tier status, and program information.
13- Summer Offer — Limited Time
For the duration of the summer promotion, points redemption is capped at 15% of the total booking value unless specifically advised by one of our travel consultants. This cap applies only to bookings made during the summer offer period with a travel departure date no later than 30 September 2026, and does not affect the standard program terms.
